This company initially started out really really really good and I’m sure they tried really really really hard. However, the transporters they chose, could not speak English, nor had the ability to translate they could not get there on time. They were four hours late when they did show up and could not do the job. I had to find a last minute second shipper pay the exact same amount to the second shipper and I’m still waiting on my funds to be returned from FL special services. My hope is that others see this post and realize that while this company‘s efforts to get the job done failed. Buyer beware make sure you can speak to the dispatcher and the shipper that is the only way to ensure success. This company only called me when I demanded a call primarily it’s through text with this company. Normally, that would be fine but we were having too many transport challenges. I look forward to receiving a full refund and hope others have a better experience than mine with this company.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
